Tracy has been such an amazing landlord, the best I've ever had, and my wife and I feel genuinely lucky that we got to rent from her. From the very beginning she was kind, thoughtful, responsive, and just incredibly easy to work with. Any time we ever had a question or needed something, she was quick to help and always handled everything with so much care.
More than anything, Tracy worked to make us feel comfortable in our home. She trusted us, treated us with respect, and was always warm and understanding. We never felt like we were dealing with a "landlord" or a "property manager"
We're honestly really sad to be leaving and she is a huge part of what made living on one of her properties such a positive experience. We couldn't recommend her more highly and whoever gets to rent from her next will be very lucky. Truly a 5 star landlord and just a wonderful person.
