Dave is a lifetime Bay Area resident.  He grew up in Fremont and graduated from Irvington High School.  While there he competed in Football and Track and Field winning many individual Mission Valley Athletic League championships in Track.  He qualified for and competed in the California High School State Meet.  He still holds several school records.  He attended Cal State Hayward now Cal State East Bay.  While there he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, won multiple league championships and earned several Division II NCAA All American honors in Track and Field.  In his spare time Dave coached Track at the High School and College level.  During both High School and College he worked at a number of different jobs.  Most of them were in the construction field.  In 1988 Dave opted to get a Real Estate license over becoming a contractor.  It was a natural fit since he had his parents buy him a book about Real Estate when he was 14.  The business degree combined with construction knowledge and a love of Real Estate have served him well in his varied roles in the industry.  Since 1988 he has made his living as a Real Estate agent representing buyers and sellers.  In addition to that during that same time he has co-owned 3 different Real Estate brokerages helping one grow to over 350 agents in 12 locations.  He moved to Livermore in 1998 and truly loves it.  He can talk at length about all Livermore has to offer.  Dave’s wife Tracy is a lifelong Livermore resident.  All 5 of their children graduated from Livermore schools.  He co owns Vintage Real Estate in Livermore with Tracy.  Dave and Tracy own a property management company in Livermore too.  When he isn’t working Dave spends time with his family and friends.  He loves to play golf and bowls in a league.

Tracy was born, raised and has lived her entire life in Livermore.  She participated in and served as a Worthy Advisor in Rainbow Girls which is associated with the Masonic Organization.  Her father owned a sporting goods store and Tracy worked there from an early age.  She graduated from Livermore High School.  Immediately after graduation she attended Cosmetology School, got her license and did hair for 5 years.  During that time she served on the Advisory Board for School Age Mothers.  She was active in the Boy Scouts with her sons.  Once the boys got older they began to race Quarter Midget race cars.  Along with cheering and some pit crew duties she worked the snack bar and was Treasurer for the Quarter Midget Association.  While all this was going on she co-owned an auto repair business and kept their books too.  Since getting her Real Estate license in 1993 she has been helping buyers and sellers and landlords achieve their business objectives.  Tracy is married to her husband and business partner Dave.  Together they have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, running and working out.  She also finds time to bowl in a league and golf.
