The Fed’s recent 1/4 point increase may be the last of their planned raises. As the rates have gone up so have mortgage rates. Local layoffs, higher rates and high prices have not slowed our real estate market yet. We’re still seeing multiple offers and very few homes on the market. It’s a great time to sell.
